Medifoam (Wound dressing) -Foam Dressing: It is consisted of polyurethane film and it provides an environment expediting self-treatment of wounds by maintaining a proper moisturizing environment while protecting wounds from external contamination. -Hydrocolloid Dressing: It is consisted of a hydrocolloid layer that absorbs the exudate from the wound, and promotes a wound healing process by maintaining a moisturizing environment. Guardix (Anti-Adhesion Barrier) -Guardix Sol: Sterile, transparent, colorless adhesion barrier, formulated as a viscous solution(gel) consisting of two anionic polysaccharides, Sodium Hyaluronate (HA) and Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). -Guardix SG: Guardix SG Thermosensitive Adhesion Barrier mixed with Poloxamer/ Sodium alginate is bio-absorbable material and maintained in the flowable sol-state before application, yet transformed to the gel state when being applied to the wound area after surgery, which plays a role as a physical barrier to the area expected to form adhesion. Poloxamer/ Sodium alginate mixture is the sterilized. It proved non-inferiority of pain control in 72hrs effectiveness compared with reference products in clinical trial.
